-        1 cup of strawberry yogurt

-        2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries

-        2 cups of lemonade

Directions:

Pour the lemonade and the yogurt into your blender and then add the strawberries. Blend at medium speed for about half a minute before increasing the speed to high. Make sure the strawberries mixed into the yogurt and lemonade well. Now, just pour and serve. Simple, right?

 

Double Apple Smoothie

If you’re an apple lover, you’re going to really like this Double Apple Smoothie recipe. Give it a taste and just try not to like it!

Ingredients:

-        1 red apple

-        1 green apple

-        1 cup of apple juice

-        1 handful of fresh strawberries

-        2 bananas

Directions:

First, wash the apples. Next, chop them into pieces, along with the bananas. Place the chopped up bananas and apples into the blender, followed by the strawberries and apple juice. Blend them together until you get a smooth texture. Now, have a sip and enjoy your creation.

 

Classic California Smoothie

Ingredients:

-        1/3 cup of orange juice

-        1 cup of lemon yogurt

-        8 large strawberries

Directions:

It couldn’t be much simpler, but here’s the catch: if you’re using fresh strawberries, put them in the freezer for an hour before making this smoothie. If you’re using frozen strawberries, you’re good to go.
